At Mongolian Au Pair Agency, we bring two decades of experience and dedication to promoting cultural exchange through the Au Pair program.
Founded in 2005, our agency was inspired by the transformative journey of our director, who participated in the Au Pair program in Germany in 2000. Her vision to connect Mongolian youth with global cultures became the foundation of our mission.
Since 2011, we have been the only certified member of the International Au Pair Association (IAPA) in Mongolia, ensuring that our services meet the highest international standards. By adhering to ECAPS guidelines, we have consistently provided professional and reliable support to both participants and host families.

Over the years, we have successfully placed hundreds of Mongolian Au Pairs with families in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Mongolian participants are known for their love of children, strong family values, cultural adaptability, and exceptional ability to learn new languages. These qualities have made them highly regarded by host families worldwide.
As we look to the future, we are eager to expand our partnerships and extend the reach of our programs to include Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and beyond.
